Background
The BA identified a requirement to communicate their key activities and achievements to supporters as well as encouraging more donations.

Result
To achieve this, we created a fresh and visually engaging four page newsletter to form a direct mail campaign to supporters. The front page comprised of a welcome letter and the inside layout included a major feature plus bulletin style articles to portray a more current affairs / inspirational image. The newsletters were individually personalised and this enabled a direct debit mandate to be included to promote and encourage subscriptions and donations.
