Background
The ECITB was seeking to attract more school / college leavers to the industry. As part of their recruitment strategy they commissioned a careers pack.
Result
After undertaking research amongst the target audience, the findings were used to develop an eye-catching pack that boosted the image of the industry and the career paths available. The outer pack set the construction look and feel with a kit structure comprising different interlocking pockets revealing key messages as each section is opened. Inner contents comprised a selection of literature for multi-use to allow targeted information according to individual interest. Packs were circulated to schools and distributed at careers fairs. ECITB recruitment has exceeded target.
